I'm Katrin Donat, man.

I can write here, that's good. But why can't I write it myself at the top of the header? Where is there a guide for this?

I'm Catherine Donat. All my life I've been looking for...? How can one describe the unnamable? There is a striving in me, always further, always further, for "knowledge", that probably describes it best. Awareness of who I am, how I am or want to be in relationships. The question is: how do I become the person I am and want to be?

So many hardly tangible imprints and experiences influence our lives, let us act in ways we often don't want to. Most of the time we are not aware of the underlying programs. It takes a lot of dedication to focus on one's own issues, and it often doesn't happen overnight.

However, there are ways to encourage and accelerate your own learning process. By not only working with the mind, but also with the energy. Etc etc
